Hollister Co.: 2015-2021 - Swimwear
When I joined the swim category, we were challenged to add significant growth to the business, establish a ‘best in class’ fit, and produce versatile, inclusive and impactful assortments season to season.
Engaging in a thorough deep dive into the competitive and aspirational market, the team and I collaborated to improve our swimwear fit and function style-by-style, we implemented core blocks and focused on adjustability and comfort at all times. We utilized customer reviews to help inform where we needed improvements, introduced ‘curvy’ options into our line, and referenced an endless stream of inspiring trend research, elevating the product as a whole.
During my years on swim, I have developed an expertise in execution of fit and function, grown my relationships within an energized and collaborative team, and gained the skills to build a successful, best-selling and balanced assortment from the ground up.

2019 was an explosive year for my categories, we grew our swim business to $45.2m, +24 to 2018. We developed entirely new labels and removable pads and implemented new hardware and underwires across our assortment.
2018 we explored new textured fabrications, print placement, chemical lace trims & embroidery. We also developed a ‘magic’ fabric that showed a print when wet.
Our swim business grew to $36.5m this year, +29% to the previous year.
